These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aixor website and services. By accessing this website or booking a call with Aixor, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use this website or our services.

1. Services Overview

Aixor provides call conversion system installation services for online coaches and educators. Services are offered on a one-time project basis and are designed to convert existing audience attention into qualified booked sales calls.

Aixor does not provide:

  • traffic generation services

  • paid advertising management

  • branding or design retainers

  • guarantees of revenue or business success

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • provide accurate business information

  • respond promptly during the build process

  • attend scheduled calls on time

  • implement recommendations as instructed

Aixor is not responsible for results impacted by incomplete information or lack of client participation.

3. Services & Scope

All services provided by Aixor are:

  • clearly defined prior to payment

  • limited to the agreed-upon scope

  • delivered as a one-time system installation

Any additional work outside the agreed scope requires separate approval and pricing.

Aixor does not provide ongoing management unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

4. Payments

Pricing typically ranges from $750–$1,250, depending on setup complexity

  • Full payment is required prior to the start of work unless otherwise agreed

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has begun

Failure to submit required materials or information may delay delivery timelines.

5. No Guarantees

Aixor does not guarantee:

  • revenue outcomes

  • specific numbers of booked calls

  • conversion rates

  • business growth

Results depend on factors outside of Aixor’s control, including offer quality, audience engagement, and client follow-through.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, systems, and frameworks provided by Aixor remain the intellectual property of Aixor unless otherwise stated.

Clients may use delivered assets for their own business but may not resell, redistribute, or replicate them without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aixor shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • loss of revenue or profits

  • business interruptions

Aixor’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.

8. Termination

Aixor reserves the right to terminate or refuse service if:

  • false information is provided

  • payment obligations are not met

  • communication becomes abusive or unprofessional

Termination does not entitle the client to a refund.

9. Modifications

Aixor may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
